..and where's the version number in decmips? rsaix? sun4? This is
*machtype*, a different abstraction layer from @sys. It should *NOT*
include a version number; /mit/sipb/inbsd{bin,etc,lib} should remain
constant through version changes. If a significant split occurs, a
new name *must* be chosen (ala sunos4bin, but hopefully not as
ugly. :-/).
