The sendmail package should include mailq and newalaises.  They are
symlinks in /usr/bin.  It should also include manpages for
newalaises(1) mailq(1) and aliases(5).

Why does the sendmail.cf we're distributing put alaises in /usr/lib
rather than /etc?
