No, the linux-athena sources are not in afs, since linux does not have
a good AFS package, so accessing files is a lose (the translator
doesn't count, since it is lossy and buggy, and tends to lose files a
lot)

Once there is an AFS port to linux, then we might be able to put the
sources into AFS.  For now, you will have to accept just having the
binaries.  

The only possible other way would be to get a local account on quiche
(or have someone add your host to the exports file, but NFS is buggy
as well ;-)
