There's a ktelnetd running on joy that you should be able to test
against.  If there's more than one ktelnet, then we probably want the
one that matches joy's ktelnetd, since that ktelnetd matchs the mac
ktelnet.  (finally, secure login from a home appliance!)

Yeah, that sounds right.  I set * access to ors, ??? access to rs, and
removed srz, src, and mcmullan from the explicit acl (feel free to add
yourselves back and flame me if this was an error).
