I added rkinit and rkinitd to the kerberos package.

(Yes, rkinit will hang some of the time.  I assume that new kernels
will fix this.)

Notable in creating packages: after you do 'makepackage', make sure to
copy the package from /tmp to /mit/linux/packages.
