There is something confusing lurking about. What you are running into is a
moira version skew between the dialup and your linux machine. The version
on your linux machine is newer.. if you'd like to access the new version
from the dialup then use the one in the moira locker.
You should be able to query on any machine you'd like and change the
information for your own machine (we haven't worked out all the kinks with
the latter yet).. this is by design. Thanks for the concern anyway.
