Minor note: where to build things

I did a "make clean" in every directory in /usr/src/athena and created
a subdirectory /usr/src/athena/build and make symlink farms back to
everything in /usr/src/athena. If you want to rebuild any of the
packages, please do so in the build subdirectory. This will make it
much easier to back up the source subtree.
