Now is probably a good time to start desupporting our installer
and putting pointers up to the new IS installer is a step in
the right direction.

Keep in mind that the installing athena web pages by IS still
point to the SIPB installer (or at least the install instructions).

I presume this will go away once the IS installer is completely
documented and supported.  

What this means is that changes that you make to our own installer
instructions to point to an IS installer need to be very painfully
clear to indicate that 

1) it is not SIPB's installer
and
2) it is not yet supported by IS -- Garry you might have an opinion
on this ....
