Ethernet card bug?

According to http://web.mit.edu/linux/www/FAQ/ there is a bug in the
Athena-linux installer that will not identify 3c905c network adapters. Has
this problem been fixed? I know that my card (3c920, which is the same as
3c905) does not work with Red Hat Linux without compiling a module.
If this problem has not been fixed, is there a way I can download the
installer disk images or individual packages with either Windows or Linux?
