We are not building emacs. We don't have the source on quiche. We
don't *WANT* to have to build emacs. temacs, is not in the
distribution. Therefore, the best solution is to create a fix that is
loaded in at run-time! This way, it doesn't matter how emacs was
built or dumped, and the functionality exists!
Thats why.
