No.  Well, not exactly.  There is no installer to directly install
Linux-Athena 9.0 (which is based on red hat 7.1).  You either need to
install 8.4 using the SIPB installer and upgrade to 9.0, or you can
install RH7.1 and run a "kludgey installer" to convert to
Linux-Athena.

yes, see my previous paragraph for your two options[1].

[1] A third option is to help develop a RH7.1-based installer for
Linux-Athena 9.0.  Most of the work has been done; all that remains is
some python hacking to upgrade the 6.2 python hacks to the 7.1 python
base installer.
