I changed the krb.conf and krb.realms files on quiche to be concurrent
with the 7.6 release (plus the local changes we've had). I corrected
the cats secondary, as per Jim's comments. I made ksu and rcp setuid
root. I then remade the kerberos package and then installed said
package in /mit/linux/packages.
