sorry it's taken me so long to respond. (busy with paid work and all...)
I modified 2 files to get it to work.
from /afs/sipb/project/linux/devel/redhat/6.2/,
trees-3c905/network/modules/pcitable (can be diffed against the one in trees/)
trees-3c905/network/modules/module-info (can also be diffed)
I'm not sure if order of the files matters, but it was easy enough to
preserve what looked like the "correct" order.
I'm not sure what the correct files to modify for the second stage
installer are. I note the existance of anaconda/kudzu/pcitable and
anaconda/loader/module-info but I don't know anyhting about anaconda.
sorry I couldn't just tell you the right approach.
also, we should propegate the changes I made to trees-3c59x into
trees, and nuke it the wacky one. it was created because I'm not in
system:linux-dev -c sipb, and to keep the know-good branch seperate.
