Sorry I didn't respond sooner.  Thanks for your information.

This definitely looks like you have one of the "bad" 3c905C cards.  I
don't know the current state of our fix for this problem.  Perhaps we
could get you to try our test installer?  It should work enough to get
you installed, however you'll need to make a small change to the
installed system before you reboot in order to get your network to
come up.
