Serhii Zhak (zhak@mit.edu) reports that his system cannot install
using a 3c509b.
He configured his network adapter and it failed to mount the directory off the NFS server. He was using a floppy with the NFS server and directory hard-coded.
We tried demoing in install on snork, only to reproduce the problem.
It fails at the same point in the install. Snork was not pinging even though the network was configured.
The problem on snork may be unrelated because snork turns out to have
two ethernet cards. We should try doing an install on snork without
the other ethernet card. If that fails, we should fix it. Otherwise,
we should get with zhak and see if we can get more debugging data.
