Thanks for your help w/ the 3c509b. Maybe getting help from the list
increased my ISA karma! 2 more comments.
1) I can guess why the LILO choices were removed (to make it less
confusing), but I miss my old MBR :( (Hopefully it's in /boot/boot.0300,
but maybe a note on the hardcopy instructions mentioning that it gets
overwritten w/ LILO)
2) I have autoupdate set to true, but my machine is still
8.4.0. Is there anything I need to do, short of manually doing
update_ws, to get the update to kick in? (I'm registered w/ IS, so that's
not the problem)
