I got tired of not having rkinit and rkinitd on quiche, so I pulled
the sources from the Athena 7.6 release and built them. I had to fix
their broken Solaris code which used setreuid() instead of setruid(),
and the man pages didn't install with a "make install", so I copied
them in by hand. (I don't really know how to fix Imakefiles that
break that way.)
rkinitd seems to work fine. rkinit also seems to work fine.
Sources are in /usr/src/athena/rkinit. I don't know how we want to
let this affect packaging; I'll let Sal make that decision.
Still haven't poked into the new libraries. I'll probably do that
soon. I should probably also document things I've done in the README.
