So, the Redhat boot floppy makefiles don't have dependencies or
arguments quite right, and my latest build of the boot floppy failed
to include /sbin/loader; fixed.
Richard ran a script to update RPMs and remove old versions, because
this did not work correctly for Athena RPMs. This script accidentally
removed some kernel versions that were needed. Kernels replaced; I
need to rerun the script.
