It is at least true that 4.2 is one of the supported releases of
Linux-Athena.  Until 4.2 desupported, we should continue to keep
a machine at 4.2.

Since I'm not a member of linux-dev, I woulnd't feel right
sending "we're going to desupport 4.2" mail.  I would encourage
anyone who is in linux-dev to send such mail.
