I rebuilt attach for quiche. The reason? mount changed locations,
from /bin to /sbin. umount did as well. The new attach has been
built and installed in /bin/athena.
I also removed attach and related commands from /usr/athena/bin.
They do not belong there.
As a result of this, I modified root's path to include /bin/athena,
since that *should* be in the path.
