Does "make bzImage" need bzip2? If so, we might want to have
bzip2 installed. The error message generated by make when the kernel
is too large for gzip instructs the user to do a "make bzImage" instead.
Having bzip2 around would make it much easier on the user trying to
compile their own kernel in this case. They would only have to run a
different command rather than having to get a package then go back to
their compile.
