Redhat-Athena 5.2 Bug: X apps cannot find fonts

Hi all,
I have to report a bug with X in Redhat-Athena 5.2. I installed it yesterday
(Sunday, Feb 14) evening, so I believe I have the latest version. (By the way,
thanks for fixing the bug with the seg. fault in the installation program, into
which I ran on Saturday.)
First, when I do a character session (initlevel 3) and then run the Redhat
"startx" script, everything is fine (of course I do not get any of the
athena stuff, but I can start it manually - for example, dash).
When I switch to initlevel 5, the login window appears fine, but when I log in,
the session initialization fails. I get the console window, but all the
clients exit with an error message:
X Error of failed request: BadName (named color or font does not exist)
Major opcode of failed request: 45 (X_OpenFont)
Serial number of failed request: 16
Current serial number in output stream: 18
I see three of these (with different serial numbers) in my console window
(probably from dash, the initial xterm, and mwm [or the logout button?]). I
get the same message when I go to a text window (I guess "virtual console" is
the right term) and try to start an xterm in there.
Is it possible that /etc/athena/xlogin messes up the font path somehow?
FYI, I have attached a partial process listing below which shows all X-related
processes that are alive after the login attempt.
I'd appreciate a quick e-mail when this is fixed, so that I can download the
new rpm.
