MH is big and confusing and it scares me

I had trouble rebuilding the mh package because
/usr/athena/etc/{spop,popwrd} were setuid to some user (probably
"pop") that doesn't exist by default on Linux-Athena machines. Even
after looking at the source code, I was unable to figure out exactly
what these programs are supposed to do, or if they are at all useful
on an Athena client machine.

If they do serve some purpose on an Athena client machine, I assume
that they don't need to be setuid to pop to serve that purpose. So I
changed them to owner root, mode 755 on /srvd, and rebuilt the mh
package.

Let me know if this is not good.
Sal.
