Ok.
/etc/resolv.conf is created in /srvd by the building the Athena source
tree (on all platforms, not just Linux), so it's no problem to throw
it in the named.conf package. Of course, if the install program is
already modified to create a good resolv.conf, then it's just as easy
to leave it out.
