windowmanagers fvwm2 hidden by /usr/X11R6/bin/fvwm2

Potential trouble source:
Athena-ized Redhat 5.2 machines (snork, in particular), have the
fvwm2 windowmanager installed in /usr/X11R6/bin. This windowmanager
has its own fvwm2rc file. Because /usr/X11R6/bin happens in the
path before /mit/windowmanagers, users who set WINDOW_MANAGER
to fvwm2 but who _don't_ have .fvwm2rc files (like me) will
get a surprise when they try to use a RH-A 5.2 machine.

My first proposal for a solution would be to remove fvwm2 from
/usr/X11R6/bin. This way, users will see the computer behaving
the way the rest of the Athena 8.2 computers behave.

My second proposal for a solution would be to include a warning
in the List Of Changes that you'll publish when you tell people
about RH-A5.2. Tell them that fvwm2 has semi-broken for people
that did not have their own config files, and that if they want
to see the behavior they saw before, they should copy the
windowmanager locker fvwm2rc file into their home directory,
increasing their quota by 26k:
    cp /mit/windowmanagers/lib/X11/fvwm2/system.fvwm2rc ~/.fvwm2rc
