I've split off i386_linux3 into its own directory and I've
rebuild all of the libraries (except Imlib). I've also
rebuilt and installed netpbm and xv for i386_linux3.
This should cause xv to start working again on this platform.

One change was needed to do this... Since the linux binaries are
in their own volume, i moved the volume to arch/linux and then
created i386_linux[123] directories within that directory
and then created symlinks from arch into there.
I'm not convinced that it's the right solution.
Creating a new volume for i386_linux3 binaries might make
the most sense. If anyone feels strongly about this,
let me know and I'll change it.

Things that haven't been rebuilt (and may not need to be) include:

In addition, I removed the links to the ImageMagick binaries. A newer
version of ImageMagick should probably get rebuilt at some point
for all platforms... I've seen quite a few OLC graphics topic
questions about ImageMagick being broken under i386_linux2, but I've
been too lame to do anything about it. (The last time I built
ImageMagick, it was a royal pain to build).
