Transarc created an RPC interface conflict at some point between the
version of AFS Linux-AFS is based on and the version of AFS running on
Athena's AFS servers. Addressing this problem on the server side is
not trivial and is probably not worth the effort to make the pts
listowned command work.
Backporting the new query to SIPB's AFS source base(s) shouldn't be
terribly hard, but I don't know if anyone wants to put in the effort.
