The HTML instructions are old, which is why I don't link to them anymore
from the linux doc page. I asked a long time ago (linux-dev[2157]) for
someone to update the HTML, but no one's gotten around to it yet. (I don't
have the bits or the knowhow to do it myself.)
For the time being, people should be using the PostScript documentation at
http://web.mit.edu/linux/redhat/linux-net-install.ps.
