I have no experience with SuSE. Could you compare it with Red Hat and
Debian with respect to issues people have brought up and anything else
you deem relevant?
SuSE is great, well-integrated, made by a small team.
They have a fairly small set of users on this side of the pond, and
they don't have a large number of commercial outfits porting to their
distribution (except some European ones). Their CD comes with a lot
of non-free software, some of it zero-cost.
I have no experience with their bug reporting mechanisms.
