I ran sendmail -bd -q1h in order to see if that was enough to make mh
work in sendmail/smtp mode. (It was not.) I also changed
/etc/sendmail.cf so that the prog mailer was /bin/false.
As part of "athena-style" configuration, perhaps we need an
/etc/rc.athena that does things like run sendmail?

Note that the date on the original is 27 Jul 93. Looks like someone cleared
the sendmail queue again manually. Why isn't it done automatically?
