I made creative use of the "find" and "sort" and "diff" commands to
get a list of what files are in /srvd but are not in any rpm.  I added
most of these files to package-lists.  (In doing so, I added a fair
amount of random useful crap to the misc package, and I created three
new packages: kermit, tarmail, and wcl.)

Here are all the files I haven't added to package-lists, with comments
about why I haven't added them.
