Another problem -- athena init script doesnt protect itself

If you are in runlevel 3, and then do 'telinit 5', the athena
script will re-run itself. This is bad (or at least wrong). If
Athena is already running, it shouldn't do anything else.

PS: AFS has this problem, too. I'll fix that.
