As Aaron mentioned, ispell is no longer necessary. I removed it from
package-lists.
For "rc", I was waiting for a couple of files to stabilize a bit. I
just made an rc package now.
"mh" was an oversight. I forgot to create it. Thanks for pointing
that out.
I have no idea why the "makepackages" program didn't create these
spec-files.
/mit/linux/bin/makepackage just creates a single package. I didn't
create a shell script to run makepackage for every package since it's
pretty rare for someone to want to recreate every package.
