Root dotfiles on quiche

I redid root's dotfiles on quiche, mostly borrowing from Athena's root
dotfiles on snork. I haven't been able to try them to make sure they
work (I had forgotten to chmod .xsession +x when I created it, and by
the time I figured it out, someone else logged in), but I'll do that
when I get a chance.
tty root logins aren't affected, since they use bash. I did, however,
remove the 'set ignoreeof=10' and 'export ignoreeof' from .profile.
If this seriously offends anyone's sensibilities, they can put it
back, but the Athena root dotfiles all allow you to log out with ^D,
presumably so that people won't accidentally leave themselves logged
in as root if they're used to logging out with ^D.
