The version of SLS that we installed had emacs misinstalled.  Newer
distributions are probably less broken.  Most come with emacs19 these
days.  Please, feel free to fix emacs on Keesh.

We should consider making emacs18 binaries/etc available to linux
users who install a new linux distribution and are scared of emacs19.
1/2 :-)

It's unlikely that most distributions come with xdvi.  xdvi should be
in /mit/sipb/linuxbin.  I thought I built and installed it there, but
I guess not.

I dont know of any tty info browser on Keesh (but then, I dont know of
any tty info browser on athena).
