Oh, bother, looks like yet another side effect of Red Hat's incomplete
4.2 updates; some of their recent updates broke compatibility with the
4.2 versions of some software dealing with packages, such as the
installer (which I fixed for the non-supp.img case) and apparently
also glint.  I just reported the update-related problems to Red Hat,
but I don't know how soon they'll respond.  I'll look into building a
newer glint this evening.
