You have to consider the load on the AFS servers from less cached data
as well.

My idea, which I mentioned on -c sipb today, is that Linux clients
should remove /usr/vice/cache/CacheItems if they had an unclean
shutdown, as detected by an rc.d script which touches a file at
shutdown time.
