The 2.0.18 one is untested, but ought to work -- the code modified is only a few lines. If the SIPB is already putting out some sort of official fix package then disregard this -- otherwise, should I (or someone from the SIPB proper) inform the linux-help mailing list about these two kernels? I built them using the standard RedHat kernel-source RPMs. I'm getting about 2 attacks on my machine every hour, according to my logs -- this is getting kind of amusing. :-) -Edwin
