I got RH-A 4.2 PCMCIA installs working

At least, I think I got it working...  So, if people would like to
test out the RedHat 4.2 PCMCIA installation, I'd appreciate it.  You
need a new supp disk; grab it from:
	/mit/linux/devel/redhat/install/bootdisks/images/supp.img

Please let me know if this still fails to run the second-stage
installation.  I _think_ this was the last major hangup before we went
out of beta (although I could have forgotten some bugs).
