a Kerberized ftpd for Linux-Athena does not officially exist - if you want
FTP daemons to run, you'll have to make sure the wu-ftpd package is
installed, and then manually enable it by uncommenting the line for FTP
service in /etc/inetd.conf. However, all passwords will travel in the clear
over the network, so running a FTP server is discouraged unless you are
prepared for possible break-in attempts. At the very least, don't ever use
an Athena password as a password for a FTP account.
