We bought it at Cygnus. It's not worth the money; there's just not that much
to document about RPM 2.3. (I'm also rather frustrated by the book's index;
it's hard to find something unless you already know exactly what you're
looking for, and if that's the case, the book won't have very much new to
tell you.)

If you want a copy for SIPB, it might be a better idea to print the free
Postscript copy which was recently made available:
http://www.rpm.org/MaximumRPM-free.ps.gz
