As Red Hat released version 4.2 last Friday, we probably ought to base
our next Red Hat-Athena release on it rather than on 4.1...our
packages don't depend strongly on Red Hat versions, and it might
appear silly to use 4.1. (4.2 probably has more bugs than 4.1+fixes
now, but that may well change by the time we next release RH-A.)
