/mit/linux/Linux-Athena/Redhat-HOWTO sorely out of date

The /mit/linux/Linux-Athena/Redhat-HOWTO file is out of date, and contains
potentially confusing references to ramdisk?.img and bootXXXX.img. The
Redhat contact info is useful, but that is about it. I looked around for
an updated Redhat-HOWTO but couldn't find one. Since the L-A one-pager
covers almost all the details provided by Redhat-HOWTO, I think we should
replace Redhat-HOWTO with a short note advising the curious to look at the
L-A one-pager and iLinux, or maybe just delete it entirely.

I realize that most of the stuff in the top-level linux/Linux-Athena is
out of date, but only the HOWTO seems to give conflicting directions.
