Not all of these are full build trees; many of them are just
configured source trees. The 2.0.12, 2.0.18-afsbuild, and 2.0.21
subdirs are just source trees that have been configured. I ask that
these _NOT_ be removed, since I require them to build Linux-AFS.
If you want to remove 2.0.18-bootdisk or 2.0.18 (not 2.0.18-afsbuild),
I don't mind. :)
