I modified /mit/linux/redhat/current/i386/updates/update.pl so that it
gives rpm the --nodeps flag when updating the libc-devel package.
(The package depends on kernel-headers, but some people have kernel
headers on their system even though they don't have the kernel-headers
package installed.)
