It appears that we don't install /usr/sbin/in.identd by default.
This causes inetd to lose fairly nicely when someone tries to
use identd.

Nov  2 11:47:39 darkstar inetd[125]: /usr/sbin/in.identd: exit status 0x1
Nov 2 11:48:19 darkstar inetd[125]: auth/tcp server failing (looping), service terminated

Now, I know SIPB doesn't really like identd, so we have two options:
    * install the pidentd package
    * sed the ident line out of inetd.conf
