	Why not just add -I/mit/motif/include and -L/mit/motif/linuxlib?

Because it's not the Athena way.  Makefiles that have worked on all
Athena platforms including Linux for the past couple of years
shouldn't just stop working without some reason.

Although, I admit that "the Athena way" may be gratuitously changing.
On Athena 8.0, the /usr/athena/include/Xm symlink is there but the
/usr/athena/lib/libXm.a symlink is not.  I don't know if this is a
bug, or if there's some reasoning behind it...
