Aaron Ucko has been added to linux-dev (in moira, Athena and Sipb AFS
cells). Aaron has been working on updating Inessential Linux-Athena
and helping Derek test the current and next releases of RedHat-Athena.
He has also been nominated membership in the SIPB.
Derek and I decided to do this since he's been very helpful and needs
bits to deal properly with documentation. If someone feels that he
shouldn't actually be on it (ie we could have put him explicitly
on the ilinux ACLs), they should speak up. :)
