Since it's beta software, I don't think it's yet appropriate for the 
infoagents locker.  I downloaded 3.0 beta12 for all of the Athena
platforms two days ago, but I haven't yet had time to install it in
outland.  I probably will by the end of the week, but I certainly 
wouldn't be offended if someone else did before me.

(I was futzing with trying to get the plugins to work right and
got off-track from just installing the reader.)
