This is not correct.  "MIT" itself is not involved in Linux
development.  SIPB provides support for running the Athena environment
on top of Linux.  Many members of the MIT community are also actively
involved in various parts of Linux, NetBSD, and XFree86 development.

Check out XFree86 3.1.2G (a beta release) on ftp.xfree86.org.  This
should hopefully provide the support you need until XFree86 3.2 is
released.
